最初に、豚肉を適切なサイズにカットし、ごま油で風味を引き立てるように、フライパンで一気に焼きます。
そして、冷蔵庫から取り出した新鮮な野菜を、肉と一緒にフライパンに加え炒めます。
今回は、玉ねぎ、シメジ、ネギ、ニンニク、そして青唐辛子を使用しましたが、冷蔵庫にある残り物などの野菜を入れましょう。肉も野菜も炒めたら、コチジャン、ニンニク、醤油、鶏ガラスープの素、味醂、塩、そして水を加えて、一体化させながら煮立てます。
煮立ったら、春雨麺を入れ、麺がスープによく絡むように煮ます。最後に、溶き卵を注ぎ入れ、新鮮なネギを散りばめれば、出来上がりです。
